The Compliance Screening Analyst screens companies, individuals, and other parties against internal and external databases; reviews sanctions, politically exposed persons, adverse media, and other compliance risk indicators; distinguishes genuine matches from false positives; corroborates findings with KYC documentation; conducts open-source research; prepares evidence-based evaluations; and maintains audit-ready case files. The role requires a relevant university degree, experience in a control-oriented back-office or operations function, strong Excel skills, analytical and communication abilities, and English proficiency. It offers a base salary and annual performance-based bonus, health insurance, remote work up to 50%, and other benefits.
