Description
Partners Capital is hiring a Senior KYC Associate for its Global KYC Team in Boston. The role owns end-to-end KYC delivery across onboarding, remediation, and ongoing review; handles complex ownership structures and UBO analysis; maintains KYC documentation and monitoring records; performs PEP and sanctions screening; supports compliance escalations and reporting; and mentors junior team members. The position requires 4–7 years of KYC, AML, or client onboarding experience, strong regulatory and risk-based decisioning knowledge, stakeholder management, organization, communication, and Excel skills. The Massachusetts base salary range is $75,000–$110,000, with possible performance-based incentives and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
