N26 is hiring a Team Lead KYC EDD/ODD to oversee Enhanced Due Diligence and Ongoing Due Diligence teams across French and Italian markets. The role manages and mentors specialists, oversees high-risk case reviews and quality checks, improves compliance processes, supports audits and vendor collaboration, and manages forecasting, SLAs, and KPIs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of KYC, EDD/ODD, or financial crime compliance experience, and prior leadership experience in a regulated financial environment.
