Avant is hiring an experienced L&D Business Partner to report to the Head of Learning & Development and build enterprise-wide leadership capability. The role designs and delivers leadership, coaching, performance, talent, succession and organisational development initiatives; partners with business leaders and external providers; develops leadership frameworks; evaluates learning effectiveness; and manages vendor and budget relationships. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in learning, leadership and organisational development, including business partnering, along with stakeholder engagement, consulting and influencing skills.
