Description
Verra Mobility is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to design, deliver, maintain, and evaluate employee training programs, including onboarding, refresher, e-learning, virtual, in-person, and implementation training. The role partners with leadership and global stakeholders to identify learning gaps, align training with business outcomes, monitor trainee performance and compliance, report training impact, and mentor trainees. A bachelor's degree or equivalent, training delivery and instructional design experience, learning-needs assessment skills, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably 1–2 years of processing experience and training certifications are sought.
