Transcom is hiring an L&D Content Developer for its Ayala 30th site in Pasig, Philippines. The role designs instructor-led and interactive eLearning courses, develops multimedia and gamified content, creates training materials and assessments, evaluates training effectiveness, supports facilitation, and manages content-development administration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of learning-materials development experience, strong communication and MS Office skills, and proficiency with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline; a professional portfolio and familiarity with LMS and learning-design trends are also sought.
