Description
The role leads strategic Learning & Development product initiatives, defines product visions and operating models, develops L&D frameworks, diagnoses complex employee-journey contexts, supports discovery and prototyping, analyzes people analytics, and contributes to enterprise-scale AI implementation. It requires strategic product management experience, preferably in People or Human Resources, along with L&D expertise, continuous-discovery and research capabilities, systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with AI for process and learning optimization. The position is based in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, where office attendance is mandatory, and includes health and dental insurance and other benefits.
