Description
The L&P Future of Field Associate will support the design, delivery, testing, validation, documentation, and adoption of digital learning and AI-powered field capabilities. The role translates business needs into functional requirements, collaborates with product owners, learning and development, field-facing, and technical teams, and builds Power BI applications, automated workflows, data integrations, and related documentation. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of experience in digital product delivery or a related area, business-requirement experience, and English proficiency; Power BI, Power Platform, AI tools, and Agile delivery experience are preferred. The position is based at AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon and offers flexible work arrangements.
