L1 SOC ANALYST at KVG

KVG is hiring an entry-level, full-time L1 SOC Analyst to triage security alerts in Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR, review Microsoft 365 email quarantine, investigate phishing and other threats, apply runbook-based containment, escalate incidents, and maintain auditable case records. The role requires at least one year of IT support, service desk, systems administration, or security operations experience, along with Microsoft 365, networking, mail flow, Windows and macOS, and common attack knowledge. Microsoft certification support and progression to L2 analysis are offered.
