Description
The Applications Support Intermediate Analyst provides technical and business support for Citi applications, resolves user issues, coordinates with technology partners and vendors, supports application releases and disaster recovery, maintains support documentation, and identifies application risks and security issues. The role requires 4–9 years of experience, strong UNIX shell scripting, Oracle/SQL, Java OOPS, deployment and monitoring skills, and extensive banking-domain experience; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
