Zones LLC is hiring an L2 Desktop Support professional for a 9+ month, on-site role in New York, New York, with a pay rate of up to $34 per hour and Monday-Friday regular business hours. The role provides end-user and desktop support, software troubleshooting, Mac and Windows OS support, Microsoft Office 365, printer and peripheral support, IT asset inventory, imaging, VIP support, and staff training. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or seven years of relevant experience, strong Windows and Mac OS experience, network infrastructure knowledge, ITIL Foundation certification, A+ certification, and at least three years of desktop support and field services experience.
