Description
Zones LLC is hiring an L2 SME for a six-month contract-to-hire role in Jersey City, New Jersey. The position supports global customers and service teams by troubleshooting complex x86 server, GPU, storage, networking, and virtualization issues; performing root-cause analysis and lab testing; escalating unresolved issues to L3; documenting and training service teams; and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires at least five years of relevant engineering experience, knowledge of server management and diagnostic tools, and the ability to work swing, graveyard, and weekend shifts.
