Fun is hiring an L2 Support Associate to investigate complex account and transaction support cases involving blockchain data, wallets, and on-chain transactions. The role requires tracing issues across chains, documenting auditable case files, using blockchain explorers and internal tools, and flagging recurring patterns for policy-level fixes. It is primarily in-person at Fun’s Midtown, New York City headquarters, with Monday-through-Thursday collaboration and optional Friday work-from-home, and offers a base salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year plus potential equity, performance incentives, and benefits.
