Description
ECI is seeking an L2 Systems Escalation Engineer to provide Level 2 support for Windows Server, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Azure Virtual Desktop, and email security platforms. The role involves administering and troubleshooting cloud and hybrid Microsoft infrastructure, managing identity, mail flow, virtual desktops, security policies, patching, automation, migrations, and incident and problem management. Candidates need 4–8 years of experience in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure, along with hands-on experience across the listed technologies and strong PowerShell scripting skills.
