Nebius is hiring a senior L3 Datacenter Support Engineer to build its APAC datacenter support line from scratch. The role leads root-cause analysis of GPU, firmware, BIOS/BMC, and Linux issues; detects cross-site patterns; drives escalations with ODM and R&D vendors; supports firmware rollout and platform readiness; creates runbooks and troubleshooting playbooks; and travels to datacenters as needed. Candidates need hands-on datacenter server and Linux troubleshooting experience, incident-response and vendor-escalation experience, and fluent English; GPU, Redfish, scripting, OCP, and enterprise bare-metal experience are advantageous.
