Description
Nebius is hiring a senior L3 Datacenter Support Engineer to build its APAC datacenter support line from scratch. The role leads deep root-cause analysis of GPU, firmware, BIOS/BMC, and Linux incidents; detects cross-site patterns; drives evidence-based escalations with ODM and R&D vendors; supports firmware validation and rollout; creates runbooks and troubleshooting playbooks; and travels to datacenters as needed. The position is on-site in Hyderabad, India, and requires hands-on datacenter server and Linux troubleshooting, incident response, vendor escalation, and fluent English.
