Nebius is hiring a Senior Hardware Support Engineer to own production hardware reliability in large-scale, mission-critical data center environments. The role leads root cause analysis of hardware and firmware failures, coordinates with vendors and engineering teams, validates fixes, supports on-site operations during critical events, and improves observability and fleet reliability. The position is onsite at the Independence, Missouri data center and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage plus a base salary of $147,200–$183,900 USD plus an annual performance-based bonus.
