Lockheed Martin Space is hiring an IT Operations Manager for its Globally Responsive Space mission segment. The role leads IT professionals supporting classified systems, infrastructure and application deployments, technology insertion, program and project management, budgeting, staffing, STARWAN network operations, and classified service integration. Responsibilities also include subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance management, work assignments, compensation, recognition, disciplinary actions, and subcontractor hiring. The position requires at least five years of people, project, and team leadership experience, 12 years of total experience, classified IT architecture knowledge, and an active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance at application time.
