Description
Encompass Medical Group is hiring a full-time Certified Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant for its Hickman Mills office in Grandview, Missouri. The role coordinates patients and laboratory personnel, greets callers, collects and prepares blood and other specimens, verifies patient identity, labels containers, directs specimen collection, processes in-house and clinic samples, enters laboratory data, and notifies providers or clinics of redraws or improperly collected samples. The position requires active phlebotomy certification, phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of a certifiable phlebotomy course or approved training. It runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., may require travel to other clinics, and offers medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
