Description
Dynacare is hiring one Laboratory Assistant (Float) for a permanent part-time role guaranteeing 24 hours per week across day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, at Guelph, Milton, Acton, Mississauga, or Oakville. The role obtains blood and other patient specimens, performs venipuncture and specimen collections, sorts and steers samples, enters patient and test data, provides customer service, and supports quality and regulatory compliance. Candidates need secondary school education, laboratory or medical laboratory assistance training, specialized phlebotomy training, and strong English communication skills; MLPAO/CSMLS certification is strongly recommended. Pay is $21.00–$23.25 per hour.
