Description
Dynacare is hiring one Laboratory Assistant to float across seven Ontario locations. The permanent part-time role guarantees 15 hours per week on day shifts from Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and involves obtaining blood and other patient specimens, performing ECGs and Holter hookups, collecting urine, drug, and breath-alcohol samples, entering patient and test data, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, and providing empathetic customer service. Candidates need secondary school education, laboratory or medical laboratory assistance training, phlebotomy specialization, and strong English communication skills; MLPAO/CSMLS certification is strongly recommended. The pay rate is $21.00-$24.75 per hour.
