Description
Dynacare is hiring one Laboratory Assistant for a three-month contract with guaranteed 71 hours bi-weekly. The role is based at 462 Paxton Street, Port Perry, Ontario, and involves obtaining blood and other patient specimens, performing venipuncture and specimen collections, conducting ECGs and Holter hookups, entering patient and test data, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting quality and regulatory compliance. The position requires secondary school completion, laboratory or medical laboratory assistance training, phlebotomy skills, and strong customer service; MLPAO/CSMLS certification is strongly recommended. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pay of $21.00 to $24.75 per hour.
