Bon Secours is hiring a Lab Assistant - Phlebotomist for its Richmond Health Source Shared Services laboratory team. The role collects, labels, processes, and prepares patient specimens for testing; performs order entry, result lookup, report generation, inventory and supply checks, phone support, and related clerical duties. A high school diploma or GED is required, while phlebotomy certification, one year of phlebotomy experience, and customer service experience are preferred. The position works day shifts, requires travel to off-site locations, and pays $17.25-$25.87 per hour.
