Adaptyv is hiring a full-time Lab Automation Engineer in Lausanne, Switzerland to design, build, and operate automated wet-lab systems. The role involves controlling laboratory instruments with Python, integrating work cells, reverse-engineering instrument drivers, connecting hardware to the company platform, and debugging mechanical, electrical, and software failures in 24/7 production. The position requires strong software engineering skills, lab automation experience, and a hands-on approach; biology background is not required, and hardware experience is a plus.
