Description
The Lab Chemist II conducts qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and laboratory testing to support quality control, production, and compliance. The role involves operating and maintaining analytical equipment, documenting results, managing chemical waste, following laboratory safety and OSHA procedures, monitoring supplies, and occasionally operating a forklift. A bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field and 1–2 years of related laboratory experience are preferred, but new graduates and alternative education and experience combinations may be considered. The position offers starting pay of $25.00 plus DOE and requires applicants to be authorized to work in the United States.
