Description
Pine Ridge Vineyards, located in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, is seeking seasonal Lab/Crush Help for the upcoming harvest from mid-August through November. The role involves vineyard sampling, grape and wine analysis (Brix, pH, TA, SO2, alcohol, enzymatic assays, phenolic measurements), monitoring fermentations, equipment calibration, barrel and tank sampling, data entry, and cellar work. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and work long hours, including weekends. Experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued.
