Description
Skydio is hiring a hands-on Lab Engineer based in Zurich to support prototype builds, hardware testing, lab operations, and cross-site engineering. The role covers mechanical assembly, soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, board inspection, basic rework, electrical debugging, and simple scripting or firmware tuning for prototype vehicles. The engineer will maintain and troubleshoot prototype hardware, organize prototype inventory, and regularly travel to California HQ and occasionally to Finland. Candidates should have broad electromechanical hardware experience, practical electrical and software skills, strong troubleshooting ability, and willingness to be based in Switzerland with frequent travel.
