Description
Meta is hiring a Lab Engineer to support physical lab environments used for validating, characterizing, and qualifying server, storage, and networking hardware. The role involves setting up and maintaining test environments, performing rack-and-stack and cabling operations, managing lab inventory and equipment lifecycles, operating instrumentation, supporting failure analysis and vendor RMA processes, automating lab tasks, maintaining safety and environmental systems, and coordinating lab scheduling. Candidates need a completed bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least two years of hardware-lab or systems-integration experience, hands-on hardware bring-up experience, instrumentation and scripting experience, and the ability to travel 20% of the time.
