Amazon is hiring Lab Engineer II candidates to operate and maintain robotics test environments, fixtures, motion capture systems, and laboratory equipment; perform robot repairs and hardware rework; validate robotic prototypes and subsystems; document engineering artifacts; and improve lab operations. The role requires a STEM or engineering bachelor's degree, at least five years of technical laboratory or robotics experience, and experience with electro-mechanical systems, hardware repair, prototype fabrication, and lab equipment. Preferred qualifications include motion capture, robotic testing, data integration, and Python or C++ knowledge.
