Wing is hiring an onsite Lab Generalist for its Engineering Labs team in Palo Alto, California. The role provides hands-on operational and technical support to hardware engineering teams, including prototype device assembly, PCB and BGA rework, fine-pitch soldering, wire harness fabrication, laboratory organization, safety and ESD practices, and procurement of lab supplies and components. Candidates need at least two years of relevant hardware, electronics-lab, or technical-prototyping experience, an associate degree or equivalent practical experience, and hands-on experience with soldering, SMT rework, and wire harness assembly.
