Description
The University of Pittsburgh Department of Biological Sciences is hiring a part-time Lab Instructor to teach one section of BIOSC 0267, Intermediate Biology Research Laboratory, from 24 August 2026 to 11 December 2026. The course meets on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 9:20 PM and requires on-campus participation. Applicants need an MS in Biology or a related field, or an MS in Education with a BS in Biology, plus some teaching experience; research publication, biological-systems work, a PhD, formal teaching training, sole-instructor laboratory experience, and authentic-research laboratory teaching experience are preferred.
