Description
The Lab Lead supports the processing department by coordinating laboratory workflow, scheduling, inventory, quality assurance, LIS monitoring, training, and customer service. The role performs phlebotomy and processing duties as needed, oversees personnel and accreditation standards, and resolves sample and customer issues. A high school degree or GED is required, while an Allied Health Sciences degree, phlebotomy certification, laboratory experience, and leadership experience are preferred. The position pays $22.02 to $33.04 and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, HSA/FSA, life insurance, and other benefits.
