Description
Astera Labs is seeking an experienced, hands-on Lab Manager to own day-to-day lab operations supporting roadmap projects. The role covers lab facilities and infrastructure planning, equipment and hardware test setup bring-up and maintenance, troubleshooting, procurement and vendor coordination, inventory and lifecycle management, and hands-on assembly, cabling, soldering, rework, and support for validation and engineering teams. Candidates need 5+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with Windows and Linux, complex lab equipment and infrastructure, strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, and English and Hebrew communication abilities; semiconductor, ASIC, silicon validation, networking, lab automation, safety, and documentation experience are advantageous.
