Blue Origin is seeking a Lab Manager for the New Glenn Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) labs. This role involves leading a team of technicians and specialists to build, integrate, test, operate, and maintain the HIL labs. Responsibilities include coordinating testing operations, developing training, overseeing procurement, driving a culture of safety, and managing technical work assignments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical competency in electrical, avionics, and software systems, along with extensive people management experience.
