Description
The role manages the operations, safety, quality, equipment, testing procedures, accreditation, and technical development of a functional laboratory. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, developing workflows and testing methods, supporting client activities, controlling costs, improving productivity, and leading staff training and development. The position requires an engineering, management, or quality degree or postgraduate qualification, related management experience in the TIC industry, and at least 8 years of management experience; textile or footwear testing knowledge, ISO 17025, VILAS, and VILAS signatory experience are preferred or advantageous.
