Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Lab Manager to own hardware engineering lab operations across its Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune Design Centers. The role manages multiple labs, brings up and validates silicon, leads rework, reflow, and logistics technicians, plans capital and expense needs, coordinates equipment procurement and inventory, enforces EHS and security controls, and standardizes practices across sites. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of silicon or hardware laboratory experience, and at least 3 years managing technical lab environments and leading teams across sites.
