Description
EXP is hiring a Lab Manager/Supervisor to lead and operate its Soils and Materials Laboratory in Burnaby, British Columbia. The role combines laboratory management with project delivery responsibilities, overseeing soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete testing; technical oversight; test reporting; equipment calibration; quality and safety compliance; CCIL accreditation; and laboratory personnel development. The position also monitors project schedules, budgets, productivity, and profitability while supporting clients and project managers. Candidates need a relevant civil or materials engineering degree, 5–10 years of construction materials testing experience, and 3+ years of laboratory leadership or supervisory experience. The stated hourly range is $85,000–$100,000.
