Watchmaker Genomics is hiring a full-time, permanent Lab Manager, R&D/Process Development to own day-to-day laboratory operations in R&D and process development spaces. The role manages equipment inventory, maintenance, calibration, consumables, freezers, chemical inventory, safety and compliance, budgeting, and capital planning, while reporting to the Facilities Manager. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and five years of experience; biotech and startup experience are desirable. The position is onsite in Boulder, Colorado, with a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus bonus and equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, and paid leave.
