BioLabs is hiring a full-time, entry-level Lab Operations Associate in North Carolina to support the routine maintenance and operations of a shared biotechnology laboratory. The role coordinates equipment installation, calibration, maintenance, cleaning, decontamination, inventory, hazardous-waste activities, resident onboarding and offboarding, safety programs, and customer service, while assisting with facility upkeep and occasional off-hour site issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline, at least one year of laboratory experience, familiarity with cellular, molecular, and microbiology techniques, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds and travel to other BioLabs sites as needed.
