Description
BioLabs is hiring a full-time, entry-level Lab Operations Associate to support the routine maintenance and operations of a shared biotechnology laboratory at BioLabs Pegasus Park. The role coordinates equipment installation, calibration, maintenance, cleaning, decontamination, and training; supports resident onboarding and offboarding; assists with hazardous waste, chemical inventories, safety programs, and site logistics; and provides customer service. The position requires a life sciences bachelor’s degree, at least one year of laboratory experience, familiarity with cellular, molecular, and microbiology techniques, and availability for occasional off-hours and travel.
