aevoloop is hiring a Lab Operations leadership professional to lead a specialized Lab Operations team and manage laboratory and pilot-plant infrastructure end to end. The role covers procurement, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, documentation, occupational safety compliance, lab data-management priorities, reactor-safety and TÜV inspection processes, vendor and R&D coordination, troubleshooting, and allocation of people, equipment, space, and consumables. Applicants need a relevant technical degree, at least three years of lab or pilot-plant operations experience, initial people-leadership or coordination experience, practical knowledge of infrastructure, maintenance, procurement, and German safety frameworks, and excellent English communication skills.
