The LAB PA Performance Partner Director serves as a senior strategic partner to Practice Area leadership across London, Amsterdam, and Brussels, focusing on staffing, capacity planning, pipeline health, billability, talent risk, and career development for PPPL populations. The role leads the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team, manages complex staffing and performance escalations, and partners with People, Finance, PA Nodes, and senior leadership to improve commercial delivery and people processes. It requires at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, stakeholder management, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent English.
