Description
The LAB Performance Director will serve as a senior strategic partner to leadership across Boston Consulting Group’s London, Amsterdam, and Brussels systems, owning the Associate and Consultant performance strategy and pipeline demand management. The role leads and lines manages the A-C Performance Team, oversees staffing, deployment, utilisation, billability, staffing gaps, consultant affiliation, performance management, transformation initiatives, and process improvements, while advising senior stakeholders and partnering with performance, talent, HR, finance, and regional teams. It requires at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, team-management experience, project-management and stakeholder-management experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent English communication.
