The Lab Processing Assistant supports patient testing by performing pre-analytic specimen processing, operating laboratory and office equipment, entering test orders, verifying patient identification, resolving specimen issues, preparing complex reagents, managing supplies, operating automated systems, and providing training. The role requires an associate's degree or high school diploma, two years of relevant experience, strong organization, communication, safety, and scheduling skills, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
