Description
The Lab Assistant performs pre-analytic specimen processing, operates laboratory and office equipment, enters test orders and patient information, verifies patient identification, resolves specimen-related issues, and may prepare complex reagents, manage supplies, operate automated systems, and train others. The role requires an associate's degree or high school diploma, two years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, safety-conscious laboratory environment; an associate's degree in a health or science field is preferred. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
