Description
The Doe Run Company is hiring a Laboratory Quality Supervisor for its Quentin J Schmidt Lab in Viburnum, Missouri. The role oversees analytical data review and validation, laboratory SOPs and QA/QC documentation, method development, staff training, audits, quality management, EHS compliance, and troubleshooting of analytical procedures. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of quality assurance or quality control experience, at least three years of leadership experience, and experience with audits, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with possible weekend rotation, and includes base pay, variable bonus eligibility, and benefits starting on the first day.
