Plasmidsaurus is hiring a Lab Robotics Research Associate to develop and improve high-throughput laboratory automation protocols, build and optimize agentic tools, measure custom automation hardware performance, prototype 3D-printed tools, and collaborate with scientists on robust laboratory automation. The role requires a biology, biomedical engineering, computer science, robotics, or relevant work experience degree, at least one year of laboratory experience, liquid-handling and robotics experience, Python programming, web framework experience, and 3D printing or CAD experience.
