Description
The Quality Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production quality-control laboratory, supervise lab technicians, manage quality documentation and corrective and preventative actions, analyze and report test results, coordinate samples, and support projects, safety, training, and general lab housekeeping. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a scientific, mathematical, or engineering field, at least three years of manufacturing quality-control experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerBI. The position is physically demanding, may require up to 12 hours per day, and may cover nights and weekends; medical, dental, and vision insurance are provided.
