Description
The Lab Supervisor oversees daily research and development laboratory operations, including laboratory technicians, equipment readiness, system shutdowns and recovery, safety, documentation, troubleshooting, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement. The role supervises and develops a technical team, may perform lab work as needed, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related technical field plus at least five years of laboratory, technical operations, or fabrication-systems experience.
