Magna is hiring a permanent laboratory professional for its Exteriors group to coordinate raw-material and finished-product quality tests, analyze defects and supplier or customer claims, support new projects and color harmonization, and maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, labeling, and reporting procedures. The role requires a bachelor's or engineering degree in Chemistry or a similar field, English proficiency, and three years of production experience, preferably in automotive finishing, color reading, paint formulation, and plastic resins.
